Over 20 years, Esmeralda has developed a reputation for leading through listening which is evidenced by her outstanding track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of her clients. She builds long-lasting relationships with clients by being an active listener which enables her to find and provide designs tailored to the needs of each project.
Esmeralda believes in designing long-lasting and feasible systems that improve the wellness of building occupants. She has designed VRF systems, chilled water, heating water, and refrigerant systems for clients from a wide range of industries and is also an adept energy modeler. Her experience with Design/Build projects has also honed her skills in collaborating with Contractors and completing projects with even the strictest of schedules.
