Troy’s goal for the firm is to be an industry leader with a technically sound group of engineers. Through his effort’s the company has become favorably recognized and respected by owners, architects, and contractors.

Troy Skillern currently serves as the Managing Principal and President of DFWCGI. In his 32-year tenure with the firm, he has been committed to quality assurance and the company’s reputation for quality design and construction documents. He has served in a variety of positions including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Quality Control Manager. He is an experienced mechanical designer, project manager, and principal with an extensive background in a wide range of facility types.
