Curtis believes that relationships and communication allow a team to exceed expectations, and therefore he actively seeks out connection with his clients. By immersing himself in their business and operations, he ensures he understands their wants, needs, and concerns. From this, he is able to facilitate solutions tailored to each client and project.

Over his career, he has helped aviation, government, higher education, technology, and Fortune 100 clients to realize their real estate visions. He has extensive experience with Central Utility Plant and Mission Critical Designs, and is adept working with chilled water, heating water, steam, refrigerant, and geothermal HVAC systems. Curtis is a trusted advisor to our clients, focusing on three design tenants of energy efficiency, constructibility, and operability.
